If you are entering a film in the competition, here you can download the relevant release forms people involved will need to fill out:

APPEARANCE RELEASE FORM (to be completed by all participants who appear in film).

LOCATION RELEASE FORM (to be completed by owner/authority over location(s) appearing in film).

MUSIC RELEASE FORM  (to be completed by owner/authority over copyrighted music, track, or sound recording).
